History & Origin: A selected sport derived from the classic Gala family, isolated in Western Europe to merge the coloring speed of solid blushes with traditional fruit finish. Qualities & Sizing: Produces an exceptionally bright, intense red blush covering almost the entire fruit surface with minimal striping. It yields a very uniform, medium-sized pack-out profile across diverse rootstocks (such as M9 and M111). Climate & Color Stability: Offers moderate-to-high color stability. It has a lower reversion rate than Gale Gala, but like most bright-red blushes, it requires targeted summer pruning to prevent monsoon canopy shading from blocking the UV light required to finish the color.
